Where we deliver

Nordic pixels ships posters to eligible destinations within the European Union only. Availability for your delivery address is shown at checkout. We do not offer delivery outside the European Union.

Production and delivery times

Our posters are printed on demand. Production usually takes 3–7 days before your order is dispatched.

We use Standard shipping. After fulfilment, estimated shipping time to European Union countries is 5–20 business days. This shipping estimate is in addition to production time.

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Production or carrier delays can occasionally affect delivery.

Shipping costs

Shipping charges for your delivery address are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

How your order is fulfilled

We work with Printful to print and ship our posters. The fulfilment location may vary depending on the product and availability.

Tracking your order

You will receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. If you have questions about delivery, contact info@nordicpixels.com with your order number.

Delayed or missing deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, check the tracking information and the delivery address in your order confirmation. Then contact info@nordicpixels.com with your order number so we can help investigate.

Incorrect delivery addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact info@nordicpixels.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee an address change once fulfilment has started. If an address error requires reshipping, we will explain any additional cost before arranging it.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect posters

If your poster arrives damaged, is faulty or is not what you ordered, contact info@nordicpixels.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos of the poster and packaging can help us investigate. Your statutory consumer rights are not limited by this policy.
