Returns and refunds

For standard catalogue posters delivered to consumers in Sweden or elsewhere in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. If your order is delivered in separate shipments, this period starts when you receive the last item.

To notify us that you wish to withdraw, email info@nordicpixels.com with your name, order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel your purchase. You can notify us before your order is delivered as well.

Returning your order

Send the goods back within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. Please handle posters carefully and use protective packaging. You may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Return shipping costs: Customers pay return shipping when exercising their right of withdrawal. If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we cover the necessary return-shipping costs. Please contact info@nordicpixels.com before returning an item so we can provide instructions.

Refunds

When you withdraw from your purchase, we will refund your payment, including the cost of our standard outbound delivery. Any extra cost for a more expensive delivery option you chose is not refundable. Refunds are made using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed, without a refund fee.

We will issue the refund within 14 days of being informed of your withdrawal, but may withhold it until we have received the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever happens first.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect goods

If your poster arrives damaged, is faulty or is not what you ordered, contact info@nordicpixels.com with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos can help us investigate. Your statutory consumer rights are not limited by this policy.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. This does not affect your right of withdrawal or your rights concerning faulty or incorrect goods.
